In April, after Chinaplas exhibition, new injection molding machine for plastic pallet box 36KG was completed acceptance in Ningbo factory and sent to overseas customer’s factory.

The machine model BL4000EKH/C94000, in Bole central clamping structure series, provides clamping force max. 40,000KN, the max. injection weight is 50KG, and the length of the whole machine 22 meters. With the robot taking-out scheme, it can efficiently meet the production of common pallet and pallet box production.

Due to the large size and weight of the machine, after the injection molding machine, robot and mold were tested in Bole factory, the equipment was disassembled into components and shipped to the customer's factory by containers and bulk cargo.
