On November 29, 2024, SAIC Group Innovation Research and Development Institute successfully held a magnesium alloy technology conference with the theme of "Magnesium Drive Upgrade, More Than Light". Bole Intelligence was invited to share the "Development and Application of Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Technology for Large Automobile Structural Parts" at the press conference, which aroused widespread attention and heated discussion.
The 4000T ultra-large magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machine launched by Bole Intelligence in April 2024 uses advanced injection molding technology (Thixomolding). This technological innovation significantly reduces molding defects, improves material utilization and reduces energy consumption. About 50%, and breaks through the limitations of traditional processes in terms of injection volume, clamping force, etc., making it possible to produce large-scale high-performance parts such as frame and motor housings.
