At the recently concluded 2024 National Die Casting Industry Annual Innovation Technology and Product Selection event, BOLE‘s breakthrough product—the "MTX4000D Large Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Injection Molding Machine"—received high industry recognition and acclaim, securing the Innovation Award.
Against the backdrop of the "Dual Carbon" goals, magnesium alloy, being the lightest structural metal, shows great application potential. The demand for lightweight, large magnesium alloy components is particularly strong in the rapidly growing new energy vehicle industry.
The "MTX4000D Large Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Injection Molding Machine" is the result of years of research and technological accumulation by BOLE. Compared to traditional magnesium alloy die casting, the MTX4000D eliminates the need for a furnace and the high-temperature transfer of molten magnesium alloy; it does not require SF6 protective gas or produce smelting residues, ensuring a better working environment. It does not fully liquefy magnesium alloy, reducing energy consumption by 60%, decreasing mold thermal shock, and extending mold life by 2-4 times. Reusable materials reduce the workspace by 30% compared to die casting. The machine produces dense metallographic structures, fewer defects, and mechanical properties that are 20% better than die casting. The molding process is simple, highly automated, and capable of unmanned operation and remote maintenance.
This award not only recognizes BOLE's innovation capabilities but also affirms its contributions to industry development and technological advancement. In the future, BOLE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will continue to drive innovation, contributing more wisdom and strength to the industry’s development.
